Use of the website:
We provide you with access of this website in accordance with the Conditions.
We reserve the right to remove or modify any part of the website, with or withour notice to you. By using this website you confirm that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification to or withdrawal of the Website; and/or change the Conditions from time to time, and your continued use of the Website (or any part thereof) following such change shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change. It is your responsibility to check regularly to determine whether the Conditions have been changed. If you do not agree to any change to the Conditions then you must immediately stop using the Website.
The shipping weight in the shopping cart is a figure used to calculate the tariff required to ship the order to your destination without our system. It is NOT the ACTUAL weight of the items.
All orders placed by you are subject to acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
All details, descriptions and prices of Products appearing on the Website are correct at the time when the relevant information was inputted. Although we aim to keep the Website as up to date as possible, the information including Product Descriptions appearing on the Website at a particular time may not always reflect the position exactly at the moment you place an order.
"Special Order" items when once ordered, cannot be cancelled. You accept this term before placing any special order items.
Products after 28days of purchase cannot be refunded or returned for exchanges or refunds in any condition.
Products that we hold in stock at the time of ordering are despatched within 48 hours and although most orders are dispatched on a next day, some couriers may have a lead time of up to 10 days for delivery (outside mainland UK are subjected to a longer delivery time). Products that we do not hold in stock at the time of ordering are likely on back order from factory. Orders placed for factory manufacture will typically have a lead time of 6-8 weeks, please contact us for alternative quicker lead times.
Important delivery information:
We normally take out enhanced liability or extra insurance (where required) to ensure the products being carried by the courier service are fully insuranced up to its value.
It is the responsibility of the recipient to check and inspect the products before signing for them on delivery. Any damages must be checked and signed for as "damaged" at the time of delivery. Once deliveries have been signed for in the usual way (as accepted), it will not be possible to make any claims for damages. We will not take responsibility of damages once they leave our warehouse, which is why extra insurance is bought on all our deliveries.
Customs - overseas orders only
When ordering goods from Knight-Racer for delivery overseas, you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from Knight-Racer, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
We have an increasing number of customers buying goods and then deciding they don’t want them at a later date and so returning them. The large majority of the cost of processing these orders has been covered by Knight-Racer to date. The cost of handling these orders is more than double that of the processing costs for an order that’s not returned. Not only do we have to process, pack and ship the order originally but we then also have to cover the costs involved in having the goods returned, processing them through our warehouse, processing the refund, updating our accounting system, sending out a refund invoice etc. We have significant extra work to deal with but more so we also lose the product from stock for the period of time the customer holds onto the goods meaning we are unable to sell the goods to other customers.
Because of this we have had to put the following policy in place:
Products that are found to be faulty are eligible for a refund / exchange (if stocks permit) within 7 days of purchase providing the item is returned in its original condition / packing. If items that are found have been used or not in its original condition are NOT eligible for refunds.
Returns due to changes of mind by customers are at our discretion and may incur a 20% re-stocking charge. Customers are responsible to arrange the items to be returned to us at their own cost.
If returned items are found to be "non-faulty", it will be sent back to customers and postage will have to be paid for. Diagnostic charge may be applicable also.
Warranty Policy and Procedure:
1: Limited hardware warranty:
Products sold through Knight-Racer are warranted from the initial date of purchase to be free of defects in material and workmanship for the period specified for the product in question provided the product remains unmodified and is operated under normal and proper conditions
2: Obligation under warranty:
Our sole obligation under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of products or parts at our discretion during the warranty period. We make every effort to respond to warranty claims within a reasonable period of time after it has been notified. We doe not assume responsibility for delays in replacement or repair of products or parts.
Products and parts repaired or replaced by us under the warranty shall be warranted for the balance of the original warranty period. This warranty gives end users specific legal rights, and particular end users may also have other rights.
The warranty applies only to the original owner and does not extend to any product that has been subject to misuse, neglect, accidental damage, unauthorized repair, or tampering.
Buyer is responsible for shipment of the product to us and assumes all costs and risks associated with this transportation. Return shipment to Buyer will be at our expense. Buyer shall be responsible for return shipment charges for product(s) returned where we determine that there is no defect or where we determine that the product is not eligible for warranty repair or replacement.
3: Disclaimer of All Other Warranties:
No other warranties, expressed or implied, are given. We expressly disclaim all other warranties, including and without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
No salesperson, representative, or agent of Knight-Racer is authorized to make any guarantee, warranty, or representation that contradicts the terms contained in this Limited Warranty. In no event shall we be liable for consequential damages. We shall not under any circumstances whatsoever be liable to any party for loss of profits, diminution of good will, or any other special, consequential, or incidental damages whatsoever with respect to any claim in connection with products sold by us.
5: What May Void the Warranty:
This Limited Warranty may be null and void in the event of improper installation, misuse, neglect, accidental damage, unauthorized repair, or tampering of any product by the end user or any third party or improper installation or failure to conduct regular maintenance and cleaning of any product by the end user or any third party.
6: Warranty Claim Process:
Fill in the form below and send back with the goods to the address at the top of this form ensuring that the goods are packed to the same standard as when shipped from we originally.
We recommend that end user fully insure the shipment in case of loss or damage during transit. It is recommended that the end user keep a record of the shipping manifest and the tracking number. The end user assumes sole responsibility of products returning to Knight-Racer. We are not responsible for lost and/or damaged goods during transit.
7: Transportation costs:
Return shipment to end user will be at our expense. Buyer shall be responsible for return shipment charges for product(s) returned where we determine that there is no defect or where we determine that the product is not eligible for warranty repair or replacement.
We try to keep most products in stock. However, if an order placed by you is not in stock, it will be dispatched to you in due course as soon as it becomes in stock. We will try our best to keep you updated on lead times, but it is your responsibility to request for status updates.
All prices listed are exclusive of VAT at its current rate, unless otherwise stated. Shipping charges are not listed, please contact us with your delivery address to obtain a shipping charge. We welcome personal collection at our sales office also.
All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
We reserve the right to withdraw any Products from the Website at any time and/or remove, screen or edit any materials or content on the Website. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time in our sole discretion.

Our FRP bodykits are manufactured in our own UK factory and we test fit everything before the molds are developed. Most of the time, we fabricate our own molds to guarantee fitment. Something that is difficult to achieve from other retailers/suppliers who get their kits overseas (i.e. China) as when the kits are shipped in containers, they are prone to warpping, causing fitment issues.
Our HYBRID CARBON range is exclusive to Knight-Racer. This technology is completely brand new and all molds are uniquely re-developed to guarantee 100% perfect fitment. Unlike regular carbon bonnets or other regular carbon parts you see from other retailers/suppliers.
Most of our products are moulded from the factory parts to ensure quality fitment. However due to the nature of the materials used and the modified enhancements, i.e. vents, lines etc. You may require to make minor alterations to achieve perfect fitment. Hence fitting by professionals is recommanded.
Since most of our products are moulded from factory parts, they are designed to suit STANDARD vehicles, if in anyway your vehicle is modified, i.e. with aftermarket parts such as front mount intercooler, struct bars etc. We guarantee all our fitment when performed by Knight-Racer or our approved bodyshops.
You are advised to be prepared that they do not always come off and go on like a factory panel. We do offer fitment gurantee on most of our products. If they are found to be poor fit (unless they are advised when ordering), we are pleased to replace them as long as the items are packed and returned in its original condition. Any alteration that has been made to the item is not eligible for returns.
Legal responsibility for the fitting of our products and or there use is undertaken buy the buyer and not us. It Is down to the buyer to ensure safe fitting and safe use of our products in compliance with any local laws / regulation.
We carry no responsibility if our products are in-compatible with your vehicles and cause mal-function to your vehicle or to our products.
Bodykits and Carbon Fibre Products:
All aftermarket bodykit products are sold as "for show purposes".
Deposits for Bodywork and/or Paintwork is for booking workshop and/or bodyshop time in advance. This deposit is to secure the job with the customer, and therefore is not refundable.
Deposits for parts is based on an agreed time period (e.g. to secure a bonnet with part payment until customer gets paid at the end of month, or to secure a bonnet that is due in stock). If this part takes longer than scheduled to arrive, then the customer has the right to cancel the order and have the deposit refunded. If the customer decides to cancel the order before the stated due date, then the deposit is not refundable.
We ask customers to supply various personal data when placing an order, such as name and address, credit/debit card information, and E-mail address. We use this data only for the purpose of filling an order, or communicating with the customer or supplier about the status of an order. We treat this customer information as private and confidential, and we will not disclose this information to other individuals or organizations unless required by law. We will not distribute customer information to be used in mailing lists, surveys, or any other purpose other than what is required to perform our services.
We are committed to safeguarding the privacy of our customers' personal data. We will ensure that all personal information supplied is held securely, in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
